As of 1 January 2021, we are unable to fulfill orders of physical merchandise or otherwise ship items to the United Kingdom (UK). We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Who does this impact?
Any customer who requests shipping to an address in the UK. Online exams and resources are not impacted by this change and these orders will continue to be fulfilled electronically immediately upon purchase.

Why is this restriction in place?
Simply put, Brexit. At this time, we are unable to meet Value Added Tax (VAT) collection requirements because of the elimination of Low-Value Consignment Relief (LVCR) and changes to who is responsible for calculating and collecting VAT from UK-based customers.

What happens if I place an order for items that require shipping and provide a UK address?
Regrettably, any physical merchandise will be canceled from the order and refunded to the original method of payment. We will notify you via email if your order is impacted.

How long will this restriction be in effect?
We do not know, but we are researching and reviewing our options in order to resume shipping to customers based in the UK.
